Synthetic Hair Care
We recommend washing your alternative hair every 6-8 wears
CLEANSE & CONDITION
- Before washing your wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using your paddle brush or wide tooth comb
- Wet hair completely using cool running water
- Gently lather the hair with a small amount of shampoo, making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. do not rub hair as this may cause tangling
- Rinse thoroughly under cool running water until water runs clear
- Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat dry
- Spray with conditioning spray (3-5 pumps) keeping away from base of wig or hairpiece. do not rinse out conditioner
- Gently detangle hair using your wide tooth comb
DRY & STYLE
- Allow wig or hairpiece to air dry naturally by placing on a plastic or wire wig stand. DO NOT blow dry
- For mid-length to long length styles, apply HD Smooth Detangling Spray, (3-5 pumps) focusing on bottom half of wig or hairpiece. Gently comb through using your Wide Tooth Comb
- We recommend using your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style
- You can use heat to style synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers) just be cautious with the temperature.
TIPS
- Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the fiber
- We recommend using HD Smooth Detangling Spray with a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with a mid-length to long length wig or hairpiece
HUMAN HAIR CARE
- We recommend washing your alternative hair every 6-8 wears
CHECK WASH
- Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using brush
- Wet hair completely using cool running water. Comb through hair with your fingers several times
- If no signs of tangling/matting* occur, continue to cleanse and condition while checking for excessive tangling as you go
- If you do notice excessive tangling/matting, it may be a sign of inversion; contact your retailer or manufacturer immediately
*Tangling/matting that occurs after months of wear is due to improper care
CLEANSE & CONDITION
- Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using your brush
- Gently lather the hair with a small amount of shampoo, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling
- Rinse thoroughly in cool running water until the water runs clear
- Apply conditioner, avoiding the base of the wig or hairpiece (applying conditioner to the base/cap may weaken the knots)
- Using your fingers, work conditioner through mid-lengths and ends for 3-5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly in cool running water until the water runs clear
DRY & STYLE
- Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat to remove excess water
- Gently remove any tangles using your Paddle Brush
- Allow cap to dry completely before applying to a canvas block head
- Use medium-high heat on full power to blow dry hair. Use the "cool shot" button to lock in style
- Human hair must be dried and styled after washing. Air-drying will leave the hair ‘un-polished’ and can trap water in the hair causing frizzing
TIPS
- Use professional grade heat styling tools with digital temperature settings to control heat. Use no higher than 350° F to help maintain the integrity of the hair
1.Put on the wig cap,secure your own hair with clip.
2.Take off the hairnet from the wig gently.
3.Stretch the wig cap with your hands inside, and shake the wig to recover the hair style.A little shedding and fuzzy is normal.
4.Comb the hair with your hands. Water spray or care solution is suggested to use in case of tangling.
5.Make the sideburns fit and symmetrical.
6.Hair spray will help to maintain the style for longer time.
8.Please note hat the elastic band is at the back of wig.
Wash
1.Use soft shampoo.
2.Filling up a sink.
3.Adding shampoo to the water.
4.Dilute shampoo.
5.Wash the wig by hand gently.
6.After soaking the wig for 5 minutes again take out.
7.Rinse the wig.
8.Squeeze the water out by dry towel.
9.Air-dry.

- Fibers can easily pick up odors including but not limited to food, perfume or smoke. Keep the item in its original box as much as possible.
- Do not alter the bangs, add spray/gel, or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.
Due to the nature of accessory items they are considered final sale, and cannot be returned.
We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Cancellation Policy
1. The order can be canceled within 3 hours after placing your order.
2. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.

We DO cover the shipping for refund if there is product quality issue or wrong items, but for non-quality issues, cost for shipment need to be paid by customer themselves.
