Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Process: 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at allen@haircube.net, providing your order number. Upon receiving confirmation from us, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address specified in our email response.

Key Return Guidelines:

  • Incorrect Items or Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item or wish to return it for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Please provide us with your return tracking number via email once shipped. 
  • Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels intact. To avoid odors such as food, perfume, or smoke, keep items in their original packaging. Do not make any alterations to the item (e.g., cutting, applying products) until you are certain about your purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to their nature, accessory items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Hygiene and Safety: We do not accept returns on used items to ensure the safety and hygiene for all our customers. 

     

    Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow an additional 3 to 9 business days for your bank to credit the funds to your account.

    Cancellation Policy: 

1.Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement.

2. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Additional Return Information: 

  • You have up to 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns made between 15 and 30 days are accepted, but items cannot be returned after 30 days.
  • A restocking fee of 5% applies to returned items. Exchanges are exempt from this fee.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover customs clearance fees for international shipments.
  • For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please provide the return tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt to receive a refund for these charges. Refunds for the original order amount and shipping costs will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return and will be issued through the original payment method.
